Silge has a long experience in the construction of molds for syringes, collaborating in the study and implementation of numerous patents for each component of automatic and semi-automatic disposable syringes. In this sector, molds with a high number of cavities or stack-molds are required to support very high production volumes.

We also produce molds for technical articles for specific applications in the electrical and automotive sectors. We recently expanded our offering with LSR liquid silicone molds equipped with shut off cold runner half of our production. We study and build special mechanical components for our customers such as cores with movements for the ejection of undercuts.
